We will learn to choose the right flour to work, to roll the dough by hand and to create various shapes of pasta, first of all pumpkin cappellacci and tagliatelle.

by a real cook!
To complete the lesson, you will follow a tasting of the dishes made with many tips on how to make at home the authentic recipes of the Ferrara tradition.
