Two-day food and wine tour to discover the culinary excellence of Modena and Ferrara. We will begin our journey in Modena, where we will have the opportunity to taste the Balsamic Vinegar, Lambrusco and Parmigiano, world famous products. In addition, we will have a lesson of fresh pasta, during which we will learn how to prepare the typical dishes of the tradition.
We will also have the opportunity to visit a vinegar factory and taste the traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena.
We will move to Ferrara, where we could taste the pumpkin cappellaccio, the pair of bread and salami, typical dishes of the city.
Our tour will culminate with a Food Walking Tour in Ferrara, during which we will discover the flavors and scents of the city through a walk through the markets and craft shops.
